American Zinc (Mono)

American Zinc is a synthetic granular fertilizer that contains 36% Zinc Sulphate, a water soluble inorganic compound with the formula ZnSo4.H2O. Zinc is an essential trace mineral for crop production in Bangladesh as two-thirds of the arable lands are reported to be experiencing in Zn deficiency. Zn is classified as micronutrient as it is needed in very small amounts for the growth and development of plants. This nutrient is an important component of various enzymes that are responsible for driving many metabolic reactions in crops. Plants fail to develop normally when they are deficient in Zn and certain deficiency symptoms will appear within two or three weeks of germination. American Zinc is widely used as a source of Zn in various crops such as rice, wheat, Maize, groundnut, potato, onion, garlic, tomato, chili, sugarcane, tobacco, cotton, Banana, Betel leaf, mustard, Lentil and other vegetables. American Zinc is very popular in market due to its highest Zn percentage as well as higher solubility in water, and is suitable for use in all types of soil.
